Management has reverted back the changes and also added an additional dumpster to address problem with some people leaving trash outside. This takes a while, but it shows they are amenable to change and listen to suggestions.
I have lived in CanyonVillage for over 3 years. A few weeks ago, the dumpsters were moved very far away from my building. This means a 20-second walk to take out trash now becomes over 3 minutes (back and forth). Additionally, the path will be filled with snow and ice in the winter as they never clean the snow and ice completely. This is completely unacceptable! Trash is not light! We lived at this apartment complex from November 2021 to August 2024 and had a great experience. The management team is professional and responsive. Dan, in particular, was always prompt in addressing maintenance requests, often arriving early in the morning. Rose was very helpful with lease renewal questions and coordinating our move-out schedule. The location is excellent, with easy access to both the lab and downtown.
