Rose, the office lady is super helpfull. Most places seem to push us off if they think we can’t afford a place. This women made us feel like she was on our team making sure we can make it all work. Very helpful! Best service!

Clean property maintenance done well Rose is about as sweet as a handful of sugar ! Gives all the answers to the questions you ask about the moving in
I'm a current Resident, I've been living at Canyon Village for 2.5 years and plan on staying a while longer. As apartments go, they are pretty nice and currently (2025), are as good as it gets in town. I can't speak highly enough about Rose, she oversees the office and is wonderful. There is a new maintenance guy, I haven't had many interactions with him, but I'm sure he's fine too. The Good: I have a 2 bed, 2 bath and it's roomy enough, conveniently located to town. Great spatious apartments and location. Dog friendly (rare to find in town and necessary for me haha). Good staff and easy to request maintenence.
