Do not go this place is a scam no professional service at all I do not understand how people like that lady there can work there no communication no professional service nothing just like irracionales talk the worse don’t take the risk I’ll report it to the city places like this needs real people to work and just offer customer service that’s it I’m not asking for more just a real service
This apartment has a high turn over rate. A lot of people moving out all the time . The apartments are roach infested and rather than management take responsibility for these, they blame the tenants.( if you look at old reviews, it’s talked about by other residents).On multiple occasions, tenants have complained about this ongoing issue and it’s not getting resolved. I really enjoyed living at Canyon Village. The amenities were great and the management staff was always very friendly. Anytime I needed anything in my apartment or had any questions, they were always very quick to respond. Going to really miss it there!
Sad to be leaving Canyon Village. Had a great time living here and want to say thank you to the management staff. Going to miss so many and the interactions with the residents and weekends by the pool. Appreciate everything you’ve all done to make my last few years here memorable! Just wanted to give a shoutout to Canyon Village, I will be leaving at the end of the month. I Had great time living here and want to say thank you to the residents and management staff. Going to miss all the great interactions with the residents and weekends by the pool. Appreciate everything you’ve all done to make my last few years there great!
