Good luck if you live here. No warnings are ever sent out to disturbing neighbors. The people who live above us, have been running, stomping and playing music every morning around 6/7am. I have a night schedule, so I need to sleep until at least 9am. So basically people do whatever they want with no fear of eviction. That kind of negligence is what breeds that low life type of behavior. Worst year of my life, hands down. Also, 630 N Cerritos Ave,Azusa is called Citrus Pacific Villas.
