I’ve been here twice. Once for myself and once for my son. They assume they have the answers before even talking to you. I won’t be going back. I’ll drive the extra length to go to Salem.
My daughter brought her son here for medical care, but the staff didn't even properly examine him. They failed to check his breathing or conduct a thorough evaluation, simply telling her "it will be fine." Two days later, he was diagnosed with ear infections and a sinus infection elsewhere. When my daughter returned for her own care with similar symptoms, she received the same dismissive treatment - no proper examination, just told "it will work itself out." Dr Bott has been absolutely fantastic I could hardly walk 6 months ago and now I am hiking and walking with the best he's the best love this small town doctor !
Dr. Bingham was so dismissive and rude. Not once did he listen to my symptoms and address them. I left in tears and very frustrated and will never go back.
