I don't know how to adequately review this place being I was such in a low state when I was received there however I can tell you most of the staff were genuine and you can tell they really loved there job and loved. However there are staff who get agitated and it reflects on how they treat there clients. It goes for every one we're not perfect. Overall I think this facility was well ran and the staff cared. They don't care about you.
I went to go visit someone and it was a nightmare. They tell you to follow a long list of rules THEY NEVER GIVE YOU. They dont do a good job at letting patients know how visitation works. And It really felt like everyone in there was being neglected, just put in front of a coloring book or TV. It broke my heart seeing how even the staff didnt know the rules of the facility.
