HUD subsidized senior apartments on low income. 67 units, 1BR and 2BR, built in 1977, managed by Preservation Partners Management Group out of So CA area. Not good reviews for this company. Make sure you research them. Usually have a waiting list, so call for more information. I plan to. Gas prices are very high and the cost of living index shows 99.7% out of 100 average. Have to travel 20 minutes or so, for a hospital, Grass Valley or Auburn, CA.
