The first time I vifice was last December, when I had to put my beautiful pet Zena down....When I called they got me in almost immediately to look at her....Dr. Bruce agreed that it was time, and while I was talking with her he just gave her a shot, I don't think she even noticed.....I felt they were very compassionate, and allowed my family and I to stay as long as we wanted. Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they... read more

Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
