RecommendedI recommend everything about moving to this nice clean and quiet community. AJ is the best manager this complex can ask for. Manny gets the job done, and the landscaping and general upkeep staff can be a lil noisy at the wrong time, but it's for good reason I strongly recommend canyon terrace apartments to be your home if you want a nice quiet, clean, professionally ran home! Big shoutout to AJ give the man a raise NOW!!
I was apprehensive about moving during a pandemic, but Canyon Terrace made it very simple and easy. I have been living here with my husband for about 3 weeks now and it already feels like home. It’s a small quiet community, everyone is nice and keeps to themselves. The staff is friendly and helpful. AJ, our leasing agent, responded to all our questions and concerns quickly. The staff is extremely friendly! As well as the the property is well maintained.
my family and myself have been living here for 6 month and we feel very secure,also all services and amenities are amazing, the community is always clean,the maintenance department is always on a quick response is you need something. our neighbors are such a wonderful people, we are so glad we found this place which is close to our major visited areas,like central park,saugus redtaurants, Westfield etc...I recommend this place 100%
