I want to thank the staff and Dr. Yamada for their professional service in the emergency care of my elderly dog, Pullo. He had a long life, and had skin cancer surgeries these past two years removing numerous masses. He even fought off Valley fever, but this past week he grew weaker. He had a dignified crossing of the rainbow bridge. My little soldier, Pullo, is guarding the heavenly gates now.
They did everything they can to save my dog. Unfortunately Howie passed. THEY TRIED! We knew it was too late. We didn't get there in time. They made a serious attempt.....I can't blame them....I'm seriously sad about my loss. Yet I want to thank this establishment for the effort. THANK YOU! I'm exited to receive my friends paw stone and box. Exited to have him back. I miss him
Clean Friendly Service. Food fine.
Took cat of 17 years for the last time at 2 am. Gave us plenty of time and space to say last goodbyes. The Dr and staff were so compassionate and amazing. Hands down best vet service I've experienced considering the circumstances. Thank you.
the techs here lack empathy on such an extreme level that it disgusts me. do not bring your pets here if you want them to be treated with the love and care they deserve.
