Took cat of 17 years for the last time at 2 am. Gave us plenty of time and space to say last goodbyes. The Dr and staff were so compassionate and amazing. Hands down best vet service I've experienced considering the circumstances. Thank you.
the techs here lack empathy on such an extreme level that it disgusts me. do not bring your pets here if you want them to be treated with the love and care they deserve.
They will let your pet bleed out if you cant pay over 2k upfront for stitches. Greedy. Disgusting. Left with my dog still gaping open and had to pay them $300 for the pain meds they gave while my dog was there over 12hrs in the back because they kept pushing him to the side for "priority" patients. Unbelievable. Beyond disgusted with the operation of this place. If you love your pet, stay away.
