******************* Owner - Canyon State Classics keeps deposits ,no cancellation policy no contract signed no verbal agreement no response when asked for return of my deposit research his ******** page ******************* Owner - Canyon State Classics doesn't return deposits ******************* is a THIEF Owner - Canyon State Classics

Business response:

*********** left a deposit on the vehicle after agreeing to purchase the vehicle. The car was taken off the market pending completion of mechanical repairs which were done to the agreed level and the car was made road worthy as agreed. *********** then decided he did not want to move forward as agreed which forfeited his deposit. When a deposit is left and car is removed from market there are lost opportunity costs of selling to someone else. Why leave a deposit if you don't plan on purchasing? Some people just don't think t... read more

If you're buying from out of state avoid this dealer! Buyer beware!

We purchased a car from out of state and had it shipped. The car wouldn't even stay running when it came off the transport truck, We've spent thousands making repairs, his ad says "runs great" "been gone through from front to back by our mechanic with over 40 yrs. experience" We paid more than top dollar for a lemon, Owner say's he'll contact the consignor and cover half of our expenses and never hear from him again. Avoid this place when purchasing a collectible car. He's basically a shady used car salesman.

Upon sale, I was told the title would be F******* in a week or so. I followed up each week and was told , it's on it's way. After six weeks of this I was told they sent it to the previous owner. Then, coincidently, it arrived on the day my temp tag expired. Had they been honest, from the start, there would be no hard feelings. I will never do business again without a Warranty or favorable BBB rating.

We (my wife and I) gave a deposit to hold a car pending our ability to secure financing being that this dealership does not offer financing. Finding only terrible rate options for a car of this age (9 years old) we decided not to purchase. Jon tells us after the fact that this deposit is/was non-refundable. We did not discuss this fact in advance that this deposit was not refundable or we would not have given the deposit as there was no way to know what the financing offers would look like. Feel like this was deliberate dece... read more

After longing for an air cooled 911 for the past 20 years or so, I finally decided to pull the trigger on one. Jon’s dealership had a beautiful cobalt blue 993 which checked all my boxes. Great price, 6 speed, only 3 owners, rare targa (one of 567 in 1997), turbo twist wheels with an extra set of Speedlines, etc. He’s sold many 911’s in the past and was very familiar with the car and represented it well. It’s a bit stressful at first buying a 23 year old Porsche sight unseen 8 hrs away online and not being able to put your h... read more
