If you're buying from out of state avoid this dealer! Buyer beware!
We (my wife and I) gave a deposit to hold a car pending our ability to secure financing being that this dealership does not offer financing. Finding only terrible rate options for a car of this age (9 years old) we decided not to purchase. Jon tells us after the fact that this deposit is/was non-refundable. We did not discuss this fact in advance that this deposit was not refundable or we would not have given the deposit as there was no way to know what the financing offers would look like.
