Bill received 2 years later and rude people over the phone. All the 1 star reviews are justified. All we wanted to know is why and nothing but attitude from whoever was on the phone.

The anesthesiologist seemed nice enough, however, I was unable to resolve a billing issue. I had a colonoscopy in February and the anesthesiologist coded my procedure as diagnostic, rather than preventative. To be clear, my gastroenterologist coded everything as preventative and I didn't owe a dime. So why the anesthesiologist coded it as diagnostic on her chart, and left me with a $420 bill, is a complete mystery. I asked about my billing the first time but denied to give a quote and the person on the phone gave attitudes. I figured maybe it’s just the wrong person, I then proceed to leave a voicemail but never got a call back until this day. Not sure how my billing goes as of right now. Will update in the future. Will not recommend this place.

I received anesthesia in December of 2023. The anesthesiologist was amazing and this review is not based on my experience with her. I cash paid for my service due to being told a day before the procedure that the anesthesia was denied by insurance. I was assured this would be able to be resubmitted at a later date. I called the office later in December was told it would be resubmitted and to call back in 45 days if I didnt hear anything before that. I called back in 45 days and left a voicemail with no return correspondence.... read more
