The service provided during this visit was fundamentally flawed on August 15, 2025. The technician misdiagnosed a critical issue, specifically informing me that "oil was leaking" from the air handling unit. As this type of unit does not operate using oil, this misdiagnosis demonstrates a significant lack of technical knowledge regarding the equipment being serviced. First off, stay far away from this company. I had Dukes of Air come out to do a full install at my house on January 15th, ****. The first crew that came out were nice. I left them to it and went to work. After they were done with the install, I came home to finish the paperwork. That is when I started noticing things right away that didnt look right. Recently, Eberto from CroppMetcalfe's Warrenton office came to our house for an electrical repair job covered by Home Service agreement. The young electrician, highly professional, efficient, and patient, solved the problem in a flash to our full satisfaction. I have used this company for a while now. I trust their expertise 100%. They've always stood behind their word and their staff has always been prompt and professional. I'm sure they've had employees that weren't the best and they got rid of them. And sometimes you honestly need a new system and they try to find what works best for all budgets.I had my old unit (20 yrs old) looked at by several other companies who all said it's not worth fixing.Some people just want to pay a little ************ for years to keep their system ... read more

STOP RIGHT HERE AND GO DO BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. My biggest regret of 2023 is doing business with ******** Service Experts. My home is 23 years old with the original **** unit, so I was due for a whole new system. I've used ******** Service Experts for a year or so (mainly for plumbing) so I decided to give them the business to service my whole home. BOY WAS I WRONG.
