I normally do not leave reviews, but after living at Canyon Springs Apartments for almost 2 years, I feel like future tenants should know what they are walking into. When we first moved in, management was completely different. Since then, the professionalism, communication, and overall care for residents have gone downhill significantly. We have repeatedly been given conflicting or outright false information regarding rent and leasing terms, which has caused unnecessary stress and frustration. Great visit with manager. She provided current facts and walked me through the appropriate sized unit of my aim. Facility is very clean well maintained but unit carpeting is very dated as are the toilet tub units. Walk in showers are my preference.
