MOLD Since the walk through and the lady showing the apartment said if you ever see mold let us know immediately! Well we have and no help! Now my daughter has a cough and she's pregnant and my grandson now has a cough! I called to be civil and see if we could resolve the matter she proceeds to yell and me and hang up. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!! I'm really not sure what everyone else is saying but I have lived here since August of 2016 and this place is awesome!!!! I haven't had any issues with this place at ALL. The staff, (property managers, maintenance, etc) are all very friendly and helpful. Every since I've moved here my son and I have felt safe and like home. The neighbors are all polite and the children play well with others. Me and my son enjoy using the grill and pool that is provided!!!!! This is definitely a place I can see myself stay... read more
Do Not Rent Here This complex is dangerous, full of drug dealers, people living here that don't care abiout what their community looks like. Garbage all over, dog feces not picked up after and a couple of crazy people who feed cats who destroy property by jumping on your cars, using the landscape rocks as a litter box which makes it smell like cat urine as you walk to your apartment or just anywhere down the sidewalks. Its everywhere and if its not cat urine its the awful smell of pot that sometimes seeps into your apartment... read more
Renter This place is horrible!! There is dog and cat feces everywhere, even on the playground! Maintenance is horrible and we have to fix things ourselves! Office personnel are rude and don't care if you complain! I can't even get the leak on my sink fixed. I am afraid to let my child outside to play because I have found drugs outside my door. Will be moving as soon as we can!!
DO NOT RENT HERE I had to move due to issues not being resolved.this apartment rental is not good and be prepared to step in dog feces and cat urine.the pictures do not reflect the apartment complex.there are thousands and thousands of roaches.not suitable for small kids if u are trying to live a decent life in a decent home not gonna happen here..do not come here unless this is your last resort..
