I have recently moved into Canyon Run Apts. My experience from the first time I came by to look at apartments has been wonderful. Ali greeted me with big smile and a warm heart. It's not just me, she seems to be the same with the all tenants. Also Ali has addressed any and all issues with my apts in a timely manner. I also would like to mention Josh the maintenance man. I have lived here for the last two years and have found the property to be more than adequate for all of my needs. It has also been great to have my rent adjusted down to what I could afford on my present fixed income. The office staff, Brianna, and Allie, along with the maintenance crew, Dave, and Ed, have always been very kind, patient and professional and responsive to any of my needs. I was so relieved to find out that I have another 1 and 1/2 years to go before all the rental rates will go up to market rates and I will ... read more

After searching for several weeks I found a great place to live and within my budget! Ali has been wonderful to work with. Great personality and always has a smile on her face. The staff is wonderful. Me and my furbabies are happy to be here!!
