Very nice place and in the middle of being remodeled inside
There are many tenants that smoke in their apartment. Dogs are walked off leash. People walk their dogs in nightgown and slippers. Men have their pants hanging down with their cracks showing. People do whatever they want and the manager (Briana) does nothing. The on site manager (Ale) and maintenance man (Josh) are absolutely wonderful and do the best they can but their hands are tied by upper management. I have recently moved into Canyon Run Apts. My experience from the first time I came by to look at apartments has been wonderful. Ali greeted me with big smile and a warm heart. It's not just me, she seems to be the same with the all tenants. Also Ali has addressed any and all issues with my apts in a timely manner. I also would like to mention Josh the maintenance man. I have lived here for the last two years and have found the property to be more than adequate for all of my needs. It has also been great to have my rent adjusted down to what I could afford on my present fixed income. The office staff, Brianna, and Allie, along with the maintenance crew, Dave, and Ed, have always been very kind, patient and professional and responsive to any of my needs.
