The Owner is rude and the "RULES" you are NOT allowed to have Family or friends over without putting them on the lease or you can be Fined 250$ for it. the apartments are outdated and not maintained by management. People chain smoke all hours of the day and owner wont do anything about it, she doesn't care for peoples health that have to smell it all the time.
