Living here has been an absolute nightmare, especially since the new management took over. They have shown zero consideration for human decency, let alone comfort. My toilet has been unusable for months, and despite repeated service requests, the so-called maintenance team either doesn’t show up or shows up and leaves without fixing a thing. It’s unacceptable.
