Mean to the kids not friendly
I gave it a 5 star 3 months ago but now the unit below me won't be quiet and they are so loud at all hours of the day I am miserable living here.

Living here has been an absolute nightmare, especially since the new management took over. They have shown zero consideration for human decency, let alone comfort. My toilet has been unusable for months, and despite repeated service requests, the so-called maintenance team either doesn’t show up or shows up and leaves without fixing a thing. It’s unacceptable. The water pressure has been terrible since the day I moved in—over a year ago—and nothing has improved. If anything, it’s gotten worse. Management clearly has no clue ... read more
