0 Stars – Celena (Office Manager) Celena has been no help at all. Don’t bother asking her about the property. The pool and grills have been closed for the entire summer. She fails to address issues in a timely manner, such as the jammed tennis court door. Not to mention, the door has a large hole at the bottom that kids use to sneak into the court, and there is almost never a net up. We regret renting here ! We have been dealing with issues since we moved we started with the ac leaking and the toilet dripping water, they took forever to fix it , then we had water coming out from the ceiling and we always go to the office to complain and all they say is report it to the portal???when it get report it they do take they’ll time to fix it .. now we are dealing with MOLD we report it to the office and the portal and it’s been the same since July 3 and the mold is spending and I went to the office manager she ... read more
Such a nice community. The apartment that I chose and toured was exactly what I was looking for. Celina was absolutely amazing. She was kind, knowledgeable and very professional. She made the entire application process easy and stress free.
I visited this property recently and I was extremely impressed by what I saw. I was fortunate to speak with Celena the manager and she was very informative and inviting. I will definitely be leasing here and can’t wait to start my new journey.
I had a great experience at Wilder! Celena was friendly, professional, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Customer service like that really stands out! Highly recommend!
