Management doesn't care and the place is not fit to live in – When I first started living here it wasn't too bad, but in the last few years it has gone totally downhill. One of the neighbors described it as being just like the inner city, and that is not really an exaggeration. The crime rate is going up with theft, vandalism, and even people having shots fired into their homes.
