Truly the best staff and complex in Santa Clarita. The complex is clean and very well maintained. There is lots of parking and amenities that really made this place stand out specifically. The whole process from applying to moving in was too easy. We are so lucky to have found Canyon Ridge as our new home to raise our sweet boy! Shoutout to John, Juana, Victoria and all of the canyon ridge staff, we can’t thank you enough 😊
Might have been interested in moving here— but the person at the desk ignored me after greeting me to talk to someone else who walked in about moving in. Very rude.
My family and I just moved to Canyon Ridge apartments and so far we been having an excellent living experience here! The staff is friendly and responsive, and the maintenance team is prompt and efficient. We want to give a big thanks especially to Victoria and John for being there to help us when we need them, they give us and excellent treatment like the others. And we are very grateful.
The facilities are comfortable and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and pleasant.
I’ve been a resident since October 2024 and I can honestly say that the leasing team Taylor, Elianne, John and Victoria are some of the nicest people. I’m proud to live in a great community.
