Great food and drinks. Love the prickley pear margaritas!
Had the pleasure of having a nice intimate dinner with my wife.... great service from beginning to end, great food (chicken quesadillas were delish!) and the Ambient setting was perfect.... We will definitely be back for more!

Canyon is a special place- from the moment you walk into the lively bar and friendly atmosphere you have a feeling this will be a good night. Then the food comes and you're blown away. The diverse menu featuring everything from skirt steak, to shrimp and grits to an Asian stir fry has something for everyone. We tried 6 entrees and 4 appetizers including the amazing salmon tostadas- everything fantastic. We loved the staff as well - Great spot!
