Always a great experience dining at Canyon. Service was excellent and food amazing. The crabmeat stack special was DELICIOUS, and my favorite that I always have to order is the salmon tostado. A couple of prickly pear margaritas are a perfect way to start off summer. So yummy!!

Incredible! The Prickly Pear Margarita is a must have with the Lobster Nachos to start. The food is amazing the service is excellent.
