Fabulous. The spa is huge and so many different experiences available. Arrive at least two hours early or also stay late. We started with a 80 minute massage and it was fabulous then we did the whole spa from the dry sauna, steam room, wave room (does not involve water), herbal room, whirlpool, relaxation room and more. All I have to say is GO run GO! I have now been spoiled and this will be my spa standard.

For mother's day weekend we booked a trip to Vegas at the Palazzo and made me able to charge things to the room at check in. Now I'm at the spa and they are acting as though they do not know what I'm talking about. The customer service and organization is much better at the Wynn and Four Seasons. I wish I would have booked there instead. It is a horrible way to start the experience of a service that we are paying for. Ridiculous experience.

Canyon Ranch loaned me the best experience of my life so much that I'm trying to figure out how to live there! The rates are reasonable and I love that they have the option to adjust the gratuity (read the fine print people 😊).
