Este lugar es pésimo , los aptos de la planta baja no se pueden vivir todos los ruidos las pisadas todo del apto de arriba se siente ,no hay seguridad con los carros , el laundry es un asco , viví 4 meses , informe q me iba pague el mes y aún así les pareció poco a la compañía y me quisieron cobrar más 1500 pesos es todo un descaro , los aptos viejísimos la carpintería los clóset desbaratados , cigarros por todos los lados un lugar muy deprimente la verdad para vivir .no aconsejó a nadie que vaya a vivir ahí .
Staff and maintenance are very friendly. No big issues at all. The apartment is pretty old and run down (carpet, door in master bed doesnt click shut, no tub plug so my baby can have a bath, blinds always falling off). Poor paint jobs. But nothing that makes it unlivable. The hot water gets to be boiling hot... and our showered turns randomly scalding and then randomly cold sometimes. Having lived here for several years, I just needed to say how appreciative we are of the friendly, professional staff, and especially our Maintenance man, Christian! He is amazing! We have had him help us with several issues over the past year and most recently he came inside our apartment and helped us with a leaking garbage disposal. He replaced the floor board in our cabinet under the sink (as well as installed the new garbage disposal) and made certain it was in working condition. Thank you, Christian!
Please bear with me on this one and read the whole thing because I promise it is valuable. I moved here back in 2016, starting in a 1 bedroom and moving to a 2 bedroom in 2019. For most of the time I lived here, it was owned by a different company and functioned nicely. We had our car stolen from the parking lot and nothing was able to be done. There are no cameras or security that is supposably monitoring throughout the night is not a thing, unless you are calling for assistance. Someone attempted to steal another one of our vehicles but failed to do so. We requested to be let out of our lease due to the fact that we feel unsafe/the lack of care for the residence, providing proof and documentation of the incidents that happened.
