Management is HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional! The manager Angie is extremely disrespectful and her only solution to anything is "breaking your lease". If you want to live in a community where you are respected as a tenant, RUN FAR AWAY FROM HERE!!
They take their sweet time to respond to any issues. My patio floods and is seeping water and dirt into the apartment. The ceiling creaks so badly that we can't sleep if someone is walking around upstairs. I've contacted the office many times about these things and still nothing has been done. No response recieved either. I've emailed the corporate office and now see my way clear to going public with my issue with this catatrophe of an apartment complex since they dont respond otherwise.
Sitting in a hot apartment all freaking weekend because it's not mandatory to fix a broken AC unit after hours. This is the second time it broke. Inside temperature is 88 degrees at 9pm. It went to mid-90's inside through the day! All I can say.... Maintenance is horrible here. WTH!!!
Best place to live and Jeremy the mng is awesome as all get out! The staff is fantastic, they help you with no matter what needs you have.
