It is a wonderful place to live! Great area & location, safe, clean, quiet, nice neighbors. Maintenance requests get taken care of usually, same or next day. Nick, Peggy, maintenance guys are all, so friendly & awesome! They seem to really care. So, sweet, how they do community type events & contests, from time to time. Enjoy living here, you will too :-)
Three things describe, Mr.Riddle here at Canyon Ridge, Kind, Professional, and Understanding. I've been a tenant here for the past 4-1/2 years and he's been nothing short of spectacular! He always welcomes each guest or tenant with a smile, and warm greetings. Every time i have a problem with anything in my unit it always gets handled very quickly. If you're thinking about calling The Villas at Canyon Ranch home, I would not hesitate! We feel so safe and taken care of here. Peggy and Nick in the office are professional and prompt! Johnny with maintenance is an absolute delight and a ray of sunshine! When we move we will miss them so much, but would come back in a heart beat if need be (: Thank you team! ♡
One of the best apartments I have lived at, I've been here for almost 4 years and never had an issue. The manager Nick is accommodating, maintenance is fast and the workers are always so kind!
Overall, these apartments are great so far, we’re in our 3rd week living here! They have a Dog park, gym, pool, and the cost is reasonable. Peggy has been nothing short of amazing, moving in we noticed an issue with the toilets, put in a maintenance request, and they were fixed next day. The grounds are kept relatively clean and for the most part people are fair when cleaning up after themselves and their pets.
