I did not have good experience with Canyon Plumbing & Heating Ltd. Requested for A/C quotation, it took a while before received response. Someone visited but then I had to remind him to send quotation. Received quotation after ~3 days on a non-professional format with no minimum required details of what is included in the package. Call their number, it is transferred to sales team who is too busy to attend the call and do not bother to even call back if left message.
We moved into our home in mid-2024 and were told certain upgraded plumbing fixtures were on backorder. We were patient and understood delays can happen. In March 2025, we were told the parts would arrive in May 2025 and installation would be scheduled. It is now February 2026 and the issue remains unresolved with poor communication from their team.
