We have dealt with Canyon Plumbing for over 45 years with complete satisfaction. Through our firm, Carrington Lane Homes Ltd., Canyon has competed installation and servicing on over 240 residences over the years with no issues.
We had no hot water or underfloor heat (in feb 2025). Called a competitor (big mistake) who diagnosed that boiler needed a blower motor and had to be ordered. We asked to pay for expedited shipping but after another week, no blower. Cancelled our order and called Canyon Plumbing. Jordan was very sympathetic and called back in 15 min with "technician on the way". Amanda sourced the part and arrived within 2 hours. She new exactly what to do and we had hot water again. Hired Canyon to replace the Poly B pipes in our 1990's house with PEX. The plumbers were prompt, efficient, friendly and considerate. The full job required 3 days and they made sure we had fully functional bathrooms and kitchen at the end of each day. Our bungalow has a largely finished basement (80%) and they were wizards at hiding access holes in closets, so there was virtually no drywall damage to repair (good use of cover panels). A brand new HWT was installed in the house by an independent plumber. However, the igniter in the HWT was not working and the plumber could not fix it. It took him even longer to try fixing the problem than installing the HWT. Amanda, one of the few female professionals from Canyon Plumbing, was called in. It took her only half an hour to find out the problem and fix it. Permanently. A female's intuition always comes in handy! Excellent job, Amanda!
I don’t know who did the work for this company, but clearly they don’t respect home owners or other workers assigned to the job. They wedged their boiler in between drywall with a bench in between. Very serious problem that would’ve been unnoticed if the drywall company wasn’t attentive and thoughtful of the job. Make sure you pay attention to who’s working on your home.
