Feel they could care less about anything but their big accounts. Not respectful of one's time. Un trained counter in even the basics.
This place was awesome when it was canyon now that it is Ferguson you cannot stop there for less than an hour even if it's just a pick up a bolt I will never go back Hughes plumbing supply is right down the street
Horrible business! Zero plumbing knowledge, and even if they order the wrong product they still force you to pay a 25% restocking fee! Avoid at all costs...
