Current resident. The office manager Richie is phenomenal and the maintenance team is wonderful and very on top of any maintenance request we’ve had. The pool is always kept very clean and overall it’s been an enjoyable Living experience.
Richie is very friendly and glad to help out. The apartments are spacious and clean.
I applied to this complex on July 29th. I provided all documentation up front and still had no decision by the 11th of August. I applied somewhere else and sent my new address to the property manager on the 12th requesting my refund be sent and received no response. I called several times at which I was ignored. I then called from a different phone number right after which was prompt answered. The manager tells me that they only send out requests twice a month. I am a new renter at this complex and I could not have been any happier with my choice. The property manager Richy was super friendly and helpful with every step of my move in process. When I first toured the complex, I noticed right away how nice and clean the property was, especially the pool! And once we went into the apartment unit I was going to be renting, I knew this was going to be the perfect place for me.
