Very disappointed from the costumer service !!! This place is being so highly recommended!! But after the disgusting experience i had with one of the doctor or nurse i will not ever go back or recommend anyone to bring his to that place!!! Going for a yearly vaccination and over all less then 30 sec my dog go in and out but I'm charged for exam and vaccination…. In the moment when i ask how this is possible for less then 30 sec he to get the vaccine and exam the doctor or whatever he is told me that I'm good to go anywhere ... read more
Waited 40 minutes past my appointment time & still no exam rooms ready. 55 minutes of waiting since I had arrived 15 minutes early. My dog was not a new patient & simply needed his yearly vaccine. The waiting room was packed, some people having to stand with their dogs to avoid doggie scuffles. I would have to assume we would have sat in the exam room for another hour, since the patients ahead of me were doing just that. Excellent and diligent care of our fur child.
The staff was so attentive, compassionate and wonderful for the euthanizing of our pet. The process was explained and expedient ( at our request, there was no rush on their part. )The facility was clean and comfortable. The staff will always live with me for their kindness at a tough time. Thanks Skye Canyon vet!!
Dr. Hughes & his team are truly incredible. Honest, caring, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I am an absolute skeptic because of what I have seen in this town when it comes to vets but they really restored my faith today. If you are looking for a vet who will put the wellness of your pet ahead of all else please give them a chance. You won’t regret it. ❤️🩹 Pepper
