We brought our allergy prone pup here after years with another vet. We had hit a wall on treatment options and wanted another opinion. Doctor was amazing. He offered treatment options that we hadn't been presented with in the past. They did not try to upsell us on unneeded tests or medication. We've been on our current path of treatment for about a month now and it's working so much better than what we had been doing. Super small office they can’t fit anyone and will turn you away. Not an animal hospital
In the past, they have taken great care of my dogs. But recently I noticed a big decline in care - long wait times even with scheduled appointments and late respond times. My dog required a specialist, I was promised a report within 2 days, but even with reminder calls to the vet office and techs promising info from the vet, I still have gotten my dog's results - it's very stressful being told that my dog requires a specialist but not being given the results, I worry about her health.
I can't say enough good things about Dr. LeBeau and Canyon Pet Hospital. Very though. Very compassionate. I walked in early early Saturday one morning with my 14 year old male domestic short hair, who was in really bad shape, thinking I needed to put him down. This was a new patient visit. They took me in right away. Very weak and dehydrated because the last vet would not renew his thyroid meds for another 30 days, unless we brought him in.
