Called to ask a simple question, which was quickly answered by a very friendly and knowledgeable attendant. This by its self wouldn't be review worthy, except for the fact that I called no less than 8 licensing agencies prior to this one, and was met with everything from voice mailboxes, to “I don’t know, why don’t you look it up”. Clearly this place is a positive outlier in terms of customer service.
Helped me a long the way with a title trust transfer, much better then lake City location I went too
