I had the pleasure of viewing this property in September 2024. Hannah was very professional and warm throughout the showing and had extensive knowledge in the community and its availability.

If I could give it no stars I would. Routine car thefts and break-ins stolen mail. And hostile management. terrible place to live. They raised rent from 1333 to 1617 within 2 years. They will not disclose crime in the area, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!
I moved in around October of last year & so far I love it! Front office staff has been helpful, maintenance has been responsive, grounds have been great, the residents have been friendly & the rent is affordable. Bonus points the area is great for commute & to all the “hot spots” you need to go! Honestly recommend Canyon (:
