Two terrible move in experiences while helping move people in. Both times the apartments were dirty, things were broken, and the belongings of the previous tenants were still there. The front desk people did about the bare minimum to “resolve” the issue. Canyon has a lot of great places to live so I would avoid these or any of their affiliates if at all possible.
I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and i haven’t really had much problems here but my biggest problem is the maintenance crew, there is so many things that need repair since the first day i moved in.
