Josh Serrano is great to deal with and very professional. Service request on Monday for a broken washer, had a new one installed Wednesday morning and he kept me updated.
My experience living at Canyon Park has varied, but I’d rate it highly for the fantastic leasing office staff. They’re always quick to find solutions to my requests or provide answers to my questions, even if they don’t have a direct answer immediately. Specifically, Connie and Abigail have both been great helps. Yes, there have been occasional homeless individuals who have trespassed onto the property at night. Five stars for Juan and Josh the maintenance they did excellent job , replacing my garbage disposal sink faucet and dishwasher.
