My experience living at Canyon Park has varied, but I’d rate it highly for the fantastic leasing office staff. They’re always quick to find solutions to my requests or provide answers to my questions, even if they don’t have a direct answer immediately. We’ve lived here for over a year and absolutely love it. The entire team is wonderful—from the office staff, especially Connie (she’s amazing!), to Jerry, the best maintenance guy ever. Everyone is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great community to call home.
Today Jerry from maintenance was here and took care of my lights in my dining room area excellent job and is always friendly and professional thank you so much
Melissa was absolutely amazing during our apartment tour. From the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming and full of great energy. She answered every question we had with confidence and without any hesitation. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine personality made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend working with her!
