Melissa was absolutely amazing during our apartment tour. From the moment we walked in, she was so welcoming and full of great energy. She answered every question we had with confidence and without any hesitation. Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuine personality made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We truly appreciated her help and would highly recommend working with her!
I've been living here for about ten years. Good place to live, fwy. close, shopping center across the street and centrally located for downtown Riverside. Management is responsive and friendly. Maintenance is also very good.
Josh Serrano is great to deal with and very professional. Service request on Monday for a broken washer, had a new one installed Wednesday morning and he kept me updated.
My experience living at Canyon Park has varied, but I’d rate it highly for the fantastic leasing office staff. They’re always quick to find solutions to my requests or provide answers to my questions, even if they don’t have a direct answer immediately. Specifically, Connie and Abigail have both been great helps. Yes, there have been occasional homeless individuals who have trespassed onto the property at night.
