MUST read before even thinking about moving your family here. CONS of living here for 2 1/2 years: - Called Riverside Police (and patrol company) countless times regarding homeless people trespassing, trashing our complex, sleeping in pool area, bathing in pool area, doing drugs right outside our doors, blasting music as they ride their bikes around the complex, abuse their dogs in the dumpster enclosures, have s3x in the dumpster enclosures and inside the pool, spa, and pool showers. Customer service is beyond point. Since our first day of move in, the office and maintenance have been a great experience. Property looks cleaned and their amenities are always available.

We've been here a little over a month now and it's been a great experience so far. Carlie Ramirez was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. She helped us have a seamless move in and continues to help us when we have any questions. Thank you for your superior customer service and fitting us in when we just showed up the very first time visiting the complex.
