My fiancé and I recently toured this apartment community and had a great experience. The property was clean, well maintained, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable Connie Cardenas was throughout the visit. Connie showed me around the property and was super helpful and welcoming the whole time. She made everything feel really easy and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her residents/prospective tenants. The property is really well maintained and clean. Overall really great experience.
Glen provided excellent customer service from the very first apartment tour all the way through the move-in process. Throughout the entire experience, I was greeted with nothing but professionalism and kindness. He made me feel welcome and truly at home, and he was always resourceful, responsive, and willing to help with any questions I had. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in what he does. I really appreciate all of his help and would highly recommend working with him.
