Inside of the apartment was great. It had everything I wanted. I moved from Laguna Beach so no matter what, I'd be disappointed. My first time to Riverside. It was raining like crazy. Of course, you just get to see a model. My apartment faced the west so I had horrific heat which killed all my plants. Management approved a screen. I had an expensive handyman measure, I bought and paid for him to come back to install. 3 weeks later they told me to take it down and don't put it back. My fiancé and I recently toured this apartment community and had a great experience. The property was clean, well maintained, and had a very welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out was how helpful and knowledgeable Connie Cardenas was throughout the visit. She took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the amenities in detail, and made us feel comfortable the entire time. We never felt rushed, and she was very patient and professional. Connie showed me around the property and was super helpful and welcoming the whole time. She made everything feel really easy and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her residents/prospective tenants. The property is really well maintained and clean. Overall really great experience.
