Horrible place to live. Manager is rude and curses at Tennant's. Work orders never get completed. Infested with roaches and bed bugs. People that don't live there sit in stairwells smoking dope. You have to climb over them to get up stairs. And the smell permeates your apartment no matter what you do. Supposed to be security on site, but they sit and socialize with the stair people. Since the new management has taken over, this place has gotten way worse. The grounds are atrocious. I'm embarrassed to tell people were I live. Garbage and weeds everywhere, and they go through maintenance staff like a wild fire! The pool has been down most of the summer. They need to get their act together!
I am a resident of Canyon Palms apartments and about 3 weeks ago the property was sold to Transpacific asset management. About a week prior to the transition there has been major leaking of water coming from my kitchen vents, both bathroom vents and several places in the ceiling in the bathroom and the bedroom.
