Been trying for two weeks to get an appointment as a new patient. No one answers the phone. I’ve had no response from the online appointment request, voicemails, or texts.
Was really hoping I found a good Podiatrist seeing the 5 star reviews. Hate to be the spoiler but my experience was not 5 stars. I’m giving 3 stars instead of 1 star because the staff should not be penalized for Dr. Nelson’s unprofessional statement to me about my issue.
