The place is nice and the people are nice, I am enjoying the change of scenery.
The exterior metal security gates are literally being held together by interior drywall toggle bolts. I’ve brought this problem to their attention over a month ago and they continue to have the same under skilled maintenance tech temporarily fix it with drywall hardware.. Completely unacceptable!
Community is nice staffing is nice but maintenance is terrible always declining work orders without fully looking into the problem too many smokers in the community and I met a real un worthy tenant who i sold a gaming chair to near building 15 not very loyal who said he'd pay me $20 and only gave me 10 and said he'd pay me the other 10 when he got paid but never did saying he didn't have the money always making up excuses and I knew he had money or else how did he pay rent.
haylee, the assistant office director is very unprofessional and rude. i would recommend getting office staff with better communication and customer service skills
