My wife and I are local residents and opened Canyon Mini Storage in January of 2019 after a full renovation. We also have our homebuilding company, RyKar Homes, officed at the same location. The property features security cameras, well lit parking lot, electric entry gate for 24 hour access and motion activated lights in each self storage unit. We offer 5x10, 10x10 and 12x24 storage units as well as office space for rent.

Called to inquire about a storage unit & felt like he couldn't get me off the phone quick enough. Did not answer the phone in a professional manner either just said "hello". Prices are reasonable but wouldn't rent from them due to that experience.
