The office isn't posh. I was a little skeptical at first, but I left very pleased with the customer service, knowledge, and level of care.
I have been going here for a couple of years now. Staff is always very friendly and willing to help. My appointment times seem to go as scheduled without any long waits. They’ve been able to address any of my concerns and I never feel rushed during my appointments.
Whent there for a minor thing got charged for the visit, then got a SECOND charge for over 100 bucks 3 weeks later. They told me it was a mistake and that they'd send me a check to give back the money they wrongfully charged me and a year later still nothing. Bunch of crooks and liars. Send me to billing department because they don't handle billings on site other than TAKING money (and evidently keeping your payment info) just all in all bad business practice. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
They had good Dr, and staff now they have garbage. They don't care anymore, turn over staff every month, the DR is gone and the lady tells me that I need to buy Tylenol, I can't buy them I am homeless, I have severe nerve damage, suffer from Migraines, and severe Depression and Anxiety. The doctor, I think he's the doctor, is admittedly a little standoffish. Never introduced himself, just told me stuff I already knew. But Justine Wang, the techs & the whole front desk staff are all amazingly nice & competent people. I'm so grateful for the thorough care they've given me. They take me seriously, they're prompt with appointments, they give plenty of reminders, they're flexible when I need to reschedule. I highly recommend Justine Wang.
