I paid almost $200 for a screen & battery repair, and less than two months later, half the screen stopped working. The shop refused to fix it under warranty because theirs is only 30 days, while most other shops offer 90 days. Terrible value, terrible warranty. Avoid!

I had a problem with my laptop battery. They diagnosed the issue quickly and order a part for me. The part arrived quicker than I expected, and they installed it while I waited. This company provides service at the highest level, but priced extremely competitively.
Went in today with an unknown PC hardware issue. Received prompt same-day service, fantastic customer service, and a lower than expected cost for the service. Also a really sweet dog to pet while I waited. I hope to not need to go back again, but if I do, I know for sure where I'm headed!
