Terrible customer service. I took my dog there several times in the past and the staff is mostly rude acting. Now after giving me a quote to have a procedure on him, they said it was only good for 2 months. They want me to pay another office visit and they won't schedule this minor procedure. I am looking for a new vet.

F*** this place! Last moments of my pets life were torture due to a HUGE lack of compassion and professionalism!!! Also unprofessional when you return to pick up your pets cremation remains, I cannot stress how unprofessional this place is, especially during such a tough moment as putting your pet to sleep�
