Traveled in from Oklahoma and wanted some local food. This placed was an awesome choice! The pork and beef burnt ends, house made hot links, and chopped pork were outstanding. The house made sides were all great. These folks were top notch and love what they do! 100% recommend

The food was phenomenal. The burnt ends were the best I’ve had. I didn’t even need sauce for them! The slaw was unlike anything I’ve had before and the beans had a very good flavor profile. I would’ve taken pictures but the food was gone before I thought to take any.
Canyon Joe’s in our favorite BBQ place ever! Joe is super responsive to emails and has great customer service! We have eaten there several times and had him cater for our rehearsal dinner! Highly recommend!
Ribs and Brisket look and taste amazing. Not a fan of the BBQ sauce but the meat is so amazing you probably won't need any. UPDATE..... I have become a nug fan of there Texas style prairie fire sauce. Update 6/30/2026 They have some of the best smoked sausage and turkey that I have tasted. This includes Joes bbq and Slaps in Kansas city for which I would say have some of the best BBQ in the Midwest.
