Canyon Hospice is the best! Both of my parents benefited from their excellent care at the end of their lives. Highly recommend.
When my 100-yr old Mother was released from a rehab facility after being there for almost a month, the Dr felt it necessary to continue her physical and occupational therapy at home. The rehab facility recommended Canyon Home Care and they sent out Michael M and Mark to work with my Mom. They came out to evaluate and assess what her needs were.
