Shout out the team who helped care for my Dad. Extra shout out to Paul, Hospice Nurse - what a nice a caring person who helped our family with the passing of our Dad. He was informative, compassionate and guided us through every step of the way. Even though his job is hard, Paul was knowledgeable and I’m would highly recommend him if you can request him. I’m not even comfortable giving one star. They treat their employees horrible. The management and Home health directors are immature and don’t have any leadership skills. If you have an opinion or stand up for what’s right you will be fired. For no reason. they do unethical things. Management will give excuses for the DONs saying they are young and just not that mature and experienced… they probably shouldn’t be in that position then. It’s ruining the company. Would not recommend. They treat employees horrible and have a toxic work culture. DON is immature unprofessional and incapable of being a director. I’ve seen multiple employees get fired while Whitney Johnson the DON sits in her office laughing and hiding from employees. It’s pretty clear that she isn’t mature or experienced enough to lead a team. It’s truly something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. It’s disheartening to see what goes on behind the scenes.
