Bad service. For a long time no water in system. In spring time I watering from my home water line. In hot summer weather no water in system. Some my trees is down, garden is down, very expensive laurel bushe is down. I didn’t know worse irrigation service in Ada and canyon county. No body unswerving on phone calls only unswerving machiner say please left a message and we give you call.
I think customers should get discount for service outage since Jully 2025. We have to use our City water just to keep lawn from drying out, this raises water bill and we has already paid for irrigation.
A great business in customer service, very helpful.
I did not have water for several days (not the first time this season). The guy acted like he was irritated to have to come out. Then treated me like I was stupid because I now had water(just checked before he came; no water). Claimed he did nothing and acted like I didn’t know what I was doing. We pay for water, we should get water.
