Would like to say Donna Chavez our community manager here at Jubilee is a pleasure to work with. She listens and helps solve any problems that she can and always with a positive approach. Definitely an asset to our community at Jubilee!
Our community manager, Donna Chavez, is head and shoulders above any other manager we’ve had over the past ten years. She is responsive, available, and pro-active. She’s on top of all the different parts of our community, and takes responsibility for maintaining the many areas, both of the actual buildings, amenities, and grounds; as well as the many classes, lectures, and social events. I hope we will have her for the duration!! Way to go, Donna!! THANK YOU!!
We have been residents of Jubilee, Los Lunas, NM for almost five years. We are extremely happy with Canyon Gate, but more importantly with Donna Chavez. Just took over our HOA. LAME!, trying to make money off residents by charging a "Convience Fee" for ACH payments! I will just send 11,000 pennies as payment since you want to charge us for doing nothing to improve our community!
