I love this place. My favorite part is the classes. After all the fun the steam room also known as the sauna takes all your tensions away. Oh n did I mention the staff. I ♥ you guys. Thank you for all your inspiration dedication and help. :0)
This gym has always been nothing but the best for me. Very cool staff, clean weight room, and your never waiting on a machine or weight. Constantly have free samples of all sorts of things, which I enjoy trying new things. All around the place to be!
The best gym I've been too by far. Friendly staff, never crowded, weights are always re-racked and dumbbells are always in order unlike the big gyms. It's been a great experience here.
I love canyon fitness especially Sandy and Kelly they have got me hooked on spin and hip hop classes. I have so much energy and haven't felt this good in a long time. also big thanks to Jeff, Rigo, and EJ for encouraging me to continue with the classes even when I didn't want to or think I could. thanks everyone.
Best gym in the I .E. The staff is very professional and attentive. Great classes and instructos.
This place is a great place to work out I came from a large chain gym that had all the machines you could ever dream of and if you thought you would use one in less than 20 minutes from the time you arrived you were really dreamin.
