Very friendly, and very competent, staff!
My dentist/hygienist recently retired. Canyon Echo Dental recommended to me by a good friend, retired dental asst. This practice is profession efficient. Beautiful clean practice. Friendly staff. Made me feel right at home. Hygienist was gentle yet THOROUGH!! As a retired Dental Hygienist myself, I am very picky!!! Very pleased!! I also did not want a "corporation". I feel very strong this is the wrong way to go. Wanted a private practice that truly cares about their individual clients. Thank you!!!
I felt I was treated in a racist and discriminatory way at Canyon Echo Dental. My insurance confirmed they had already paid the office — and even told me Canyon Echo Dental themselves caused the issue by giving the wrong address. Yet when I was in the office, the staff insisted I had to pay right then and there and even said they would “never get paid” if I didn’t — which was both untrue and manipulative, since payment had already been confirmed.
