Company is out of business and is not refunding any money due to customers.
Exact same thing happened to me as the last report on 11/25/15. Does anyone have their correct physical address? It appears they just left the country.
Have been with them for 1.5 yrs without any issues. Now been trying to contact by phone - can't leave a message and phone just rings, and by email with no response for almost a week. They haven't picked up our trash and we paid thru December 2015. We have hired another company and will be filing a complaint.
