Well Shelli Bates took the words right out of my mouth. We went in to see her and she did not even pause for 5 minutes for conversation or care about the issues that I had gone to address. There were two of us in there and 5 minutes and $350 later we left with absolutely nothing. Brooke at the front doesn't need to be in customer service cuz she doesn't know how to treat people at all. I would not recommend this healthcare provider to anyone. Her professionalism and bedside manner were lacking. She made a remark stating, "Jesus is the only true medicine." Additionally, she seemed to have difficulty recalling who I was, my reason for visiting, and my diagnosis, despite having access to my electronic health records. On the other hand, her staff was excellent; they remembered me, demonstrated attentiveness, and appeared genuinely caring. So disappointed in this clinic! We recently moved to canyon and I was looking for a great dermatologist because both me and my husband have very fair skin and like to stay on top of getting checked. I went in for 2 things, a small, new rash I wanted checked out and a general skin check. They were able to get me in quick (the day after I called) which was great, but nothing else went well. The dermatologist on Coulter street wants to send me to Lubbock to get this stuff lasered off of my body. Thank you for not taking me seriously, stephanie What a joke and just think I sat there and begged you to help me. It any of these quacks had helped me during the last 3 years I wouldn't have to get this lasered off. and that is real. makes me wonder how many others have sat there and begged for helpand been laughed at. And don't act like nobody in that place, weren'laughing when I left that building
