Horrible place to do business. My husband had $3000+ worth of work done here in 2019. Everytime we have ever come in, we sat down with an office associate and would pay whatever the insurance didn't cover/co pays. The last time my husband went in October 2019, he was assured the cleaning was covered by insurance and that was that. Nearly 3.5 years later, a bill shows up in the mail addressed to me(not my husband) for $208.
